#### **About the position:** The Maintenance Department plays a highly strategic role in ensuring the smooth operation of Group units, requiring qualified professionals capable of performing both preventive and corrective maintenance. We are seeking an experienced Electrician in retail, industrial, refrigeration, building maintenance, and maintenance performance indicator management sectors—proactive, committed, and possessing strong communication skills to join our team. #### **Key responsibilities:** * Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance; * Install electronic systems and components; * Conduct measurements and tests on electrical control systems and control panels; * Carry out connections, extensions, and repairs on electrical installations and distribution boards; * Perform repairs, installation, and maintenance of equipment and wiring; * Review electrical wiring diagrams; * Inspect lighting, power, metering, control, signaling, command circuits, devices, and equipment; * Prepare cost spreadsheets, service reports, and budget quotations; * Serve customers according to the company’s required service standards; * Comply with operational procedures required for the position; * Maintain positive interpersonal relationships and effective communication; #### **Mandatory requirements:** * NR-10 certification; * Certification in Electrician or Electrotechnology training; * Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective electrical maintenance; * Experience in electrical installations, control panels, and electrical control systems; * Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams; * Proactivity, commitment, and patience; #### **Desirable qualifications (advantageous):** * Prior experience in electrician roles within retail, industrial, or refrigeration sectors; * Knowledge of maintenance performance indicator management; * Experience in building maintenance; * Skills in preparing cost spreadsheets and budgets; #### **Benefits:** * Meal/food allowance * Health insurance * Telemedicine * Online psychological counseling * Dental plan * Nutrition coaching * Sports coaching * Attendance incentive program * Life insurance * Funeral assistance * Benefits club * Pharmacy discounts #### **Work schedule and working hours:** * 6x1 rotating shift * 7 hours 20 minutes per day
