Position: **ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR** Area: · **ELECTRICAL** Immediate Superior: · **CONSTRUCTION COORDINATOR** **Requirements** **Education:** · Completed high school; or · Technical degree in Electrotechnics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; **Languages:** · Not required **Professional Experience:** · Knowledge of electrical tools, cutting processes for parts and sheets, component fastening, and assembly. **Years of Experience:** · Minimum 2 years of documented work experience as an Electrical Supervisor (as evidenced in employment record book). **Knowledge (K) / Training (T):** · Electrical Networks (K) · Safety in Electrical Networks (K) · Qualification Course in the Electrical Field with minimum duration of 150 hours (T) · NR-10 (K) · NR-10 SEP (Desirable) · Interpretation of Technical Drawings (K) **Activities and Responsibilities** · Organize and supervise the activities of workers under supervision, assigning, coordinating, and guiding various tasks to ensure project execution proceeds within established deadlines, standards, and specifications; · Review equipment assembly plans, interpreting drawings and/or schematics and technical specifications to determine the workflow; · Test assembled equipment, observing functionality and comparing against operational schematics using electrical measuring instruments to perform necessary control checks and adjustments; · Assemble electrical machines and their respective circuits, adhering to schematics and technical specifications and using appropriate materials and tools, to meet scheduled requirements. · Study and interpret technical drawings for electrical wiring. · Perform maintenance on electrical machines and test the safety of electrical services; · Comply with Safety, Environmental, and Quality procedures inherent to the position.
