




**Mission** Support the execution of institutional, retail, direct sales, social media, events, and campaign marketing activities. **Main Responsibilities** * Support the execution of institutional, promotional, and internal marketing campaigns * Participate in the planning and organization of marketing activities for stores, kiosks, and direct sales * Manage social media (feed, stories, and reels), including calendar organization and scheduling of posts via the Boticário Group’s Sprinklr tool. * Liaise with agencies and support the creative process * Assist in organizing events, activations, and live commerce sessions * Obtain quotations, contact suppliers, and track deliveries * Support monitoring of timelines, materials, and activities across different cities * Contribute to executing the Boticário Group’s campaign cycles * Support tracking of digital performance initiatives and preparation of reports **Mandatory Requirements** * Degree in **Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields** * Proactive individual * Committed to continuous learning * Affinity with the beauty market * Enthusiastic about wearing makeup every day * Alignment with Calusa Group’s purpose and values * Strong organizational and planning skills **Desirable Requirements** * Prior experience in marketing, social media, events, or communications * Experience managing promotional and institutional campaigns * Familiarity with Illustrator, Photoshop, and video editing **Desirable Behavioral Competencies** * Creativity * Enthusiasm * Ability to work effectively under deadlines * Collaborative mindset * Effective communication skills * Commitment to company standards and processes The **Calusa Group** is a company with over 40 years of history and a franchise partner of the Boticário Group, actively seeking talent motivated to deliver excellence.
