Job Summary: Marketing and Communication professional to develop and support campaigns, graphic and digital materials, and the Cooperative's visual identity. Key Highlights: 1. Support for marketing and communication events **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 5:58 PM, Monday through Friday **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code * Support the creation of actions and strategies for promotional, institutional, and branding campaigns; * Advise on strategy development for sales initiatives; * Create graphic materials for use in commercial activities; * Support the development of campaign scopes and executions for promotional and institutional campaigns that convey the brand’s guidelines and values; * Contribute to initiatives promoting the Unimed brand and its guidelines, products, and services; * Support work carried out by the Contracted Agency, evaluating advertising assets and written content; * Assist in developing institutional materials and internal/external signage/identification materials for the Cooperative; * Create communication content for the website and other corporate information channels; * Design layouts for Cooperative materials; * Develop graphic projects / layouts for Cooperative materials; * Edit general videos; * Support suggestions and selection of promotional items; * Develop layouts for promotional items; * Create visual identities for Cooperative events; * Support marketing and communication-related events. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere); * Basic knowledge of video recording and editing; * Intermediate knowledge of image editing and processing; * Intermediate knowledge of producing digital and printed materials. **Benefits:** Education Allowance, Internal Benefits, Pharmacy Benefit, Parking, Birthday Leave, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Profit-Sharing Program, Private Pension Plan, Life Insurance, Meal Voucher, Transportation Voucher
