Job Summary: Hospital Angelina Caron is seeking a Communication Analyst with a focus on Design to create visual solutions and support brand identity, managing diverse projects. Key Highlights: 1. Work with briefings, creative development, copywriting, and graphic production Hospital Angelina Caron has an opportunity for a Communication Analyst with a focus on Design Requirements: Completed degree in Design or Advertising and Public Relations; Experience as a designer in an agency or in-house (corporate); Proficiency in Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, among others); Up-to-date knowledge of design techniques and trends, with strong aesthetic and conceptual sense; Strategic vision of marketing, communication, and branding; Ability to manage deadlines and multiple concurrent projects for different brands/services; Strong copywriting skills. Preferred Qualifications: Illustration skills; Video editing and animation (Premiere and After Effects). Availability to work 100% onsite in Campina Grande do Sul. Main Challenges: Deliver visual solutions meeting all company external and internal communication needs; Support visual identity guidelines: methodology, colors, fonts, styles, formats, etc.; Develop creative concepts for various communication campaigns and products; Design and layout diverse materials—both printed and digital—for internal and external campaigns; Produce animated assets and social media posts, digital banners, GIFs, mockup manipulation, etc.; Support institutional design requests: slide presentations, official documents (social balance report, code of ethics, etc.), stationery sets, etc.; Propose solutions, UX/UI improvements, and website/digital channel design; Ensure correct application and alignment of brands and tone of voice, contributing to branding; Engage in discovery, research, and learning to continuously enhance visual/aesthetic deliverables and creative concepts; Execute all process stages—from briefing and creative development through copywriting to vendor coordination and graphic production oversight; Collaborate cross-functionally with the entire team to meet the business’s varied communication needs; Minimum Education Level: Postgraduate Specialization/MBA * Meal Allowance; * Chartered Transportation; * TotalPass; * Cafeteria; * Dental Care; * Birthday Day Off;
