The apprentice will support the IT team in technical and administrative routines, always under supervision and with ample opportunity for practical learning. Technical Support: Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of computers, laptops, and mobile devices (cell phones, tablets); Support the handling of technical support tickets, including logging and tracking user requests; Perform basic functionality tests on equipment and peripherals; Assist in software and operating system installation and configuration. Organization and Inventory: Organize and manage IT equipment and accessory inventory; Support the organization of physical and digital files; Assist in documenting technical procedures and departmental routines.
