Post-sales follow-up and support for shipping Position \- E\-COMMERCE ASSISTANT **Responsibilities** * Provide customer service via WhatsApp, clarifying inquiries and guiding sales. * Identify customer needs and recommend the best purchasing option. * Send purchase completion link via the website integrated with Mercado Livre. * Register orders in Tiny ERP and forward them to production and shipping. * Create, update, and optimize listings on Mercado Livre, Shopee, and the company's own website. * Monitor listing performance and implement improvements. * Conduct post-sales follow-up to ensure a positive customer experience. * Provide shipping support as needed (order picking, organization, and dispatch). **Requirements** * Experience in online customer service or sales. * Knowledge of marketplaces. * Strong communication skills, organization, and proactivity. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday \- 07:30 to 17:30 * Friday \- 07:30 to 16:30 **Benefits** * Meal voucher R$484.00 \+ Food allowance R$200.00, both paid via FLASH card; * Health assistance R$200.00, also paid via FLASH card; * Transportation allowance R$120.00, paid via FLASH card or transit pass; * Life insurance; Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: Up to R$2\.367,39 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transit pass Work Location: On-site
