Job Summary: We are seeking a commercially oriented, communicative, and results-driven Medical Representative to promote and market compounded medications and strengthen relationships with prescribers. Proactive, resilient, and goal-oriented profile Candidate Profile: We seek a Medical Representative with a commercial mindset, strong communication skills, and a results orientation, to promote and market compounded medications to healthcare professionals, strengthen relationships with prescribers, and expand the compounding pharmacy’s presence in the local market. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct in-person visits to physicians, dentists, nutritionists, and other prescribers; * Promote the pharmacy’s portfolio of formulations and competitive advantages; * Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals; * Monitor prescriptions, outcomes, and growth opportunities within the region; * Plan visit routes, schedules, and promotional activities; * Represent the compounding pharmacy ethically, technically, and professionally; * Prepare visit reports and commercial performance reports. Requirements: * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in health or commercial fields preferred); * Prior experience as a medical representative, commercial representative, or in a related field (experience in compounding pharmacies preferred); * Basic knowledge of compounded medications and/or supplements; * Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and organizational skills; * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel; * Proactive, resilient, and goal-oriented profile. Preferred Qualifications: * Active prescriber network in the Londrina region; * Experience with magistral preparations, nutraceuticals, and phytotherapeutics; * Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems.
