We look forward to welcoming you! #### **Main responsibilities:** * Supervise execution of large-scale construction projects; * Manage construction projects involving renovations, retrofits, and new builds; * Manage processes, procurement, KPIs, and costs; * Manage personnel and work teams; * Closely monitor all construction phases; * Advanced computer proficiency; * Proficiency in systems such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, SIENGE, and others; * Efficient management of construction and renovation materials; * Lead and manage work teams, promoting integration and productivity. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering; * Proven experience in large-scale civil construction; * Advanced knowledge of technical software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and SIENGE; * Ability to manage teams and lead effectively; * Capability to manage project timelines and costs; * Advanced computer skills; * Availability to supervise field construction activities. #### **Desirable qualifications (advantageous):** * Experience in commercial and/or industrial construction projects; * Experience with precast concrete systems; * Certifications related to project management or occupational safety; * Knowledge of sustainability and innovative construction techniques; * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders; * Analytical capability for interpreting drawings and performance indicators. #### **Benefits:** Meal/food allowance Health insurance Telemedicine Telepsychology Dental plan Nutritionist coaching Sports coaching Attendance incentive program Life insurance Funeral assistance Advantage club Pharmacy discounts #### **Work schedule and working hours:** * 220/44 hours per week
