The Production and Operations area employs the largest number of colleagues and covers all operations at a fertilizer manufacturing or blending unit—from raw material handling to final product.
**Position Description \| Responsibilities**

* Adhere to all internal procedures and ensure the safety of all colleagues;
* Perform daily unit scheduling;
* Issue loading orders;
* Execute APS for all loading orders;
* Monitor raw material inventory against consumption needs in blending operations, verifying requirements for adjustments to operational plans;
* Provide service to drivers, sales supervisors, carriers, and clients;
* Billing and entry of warehousing invoices (NFs);
* Goods receipt (seals and labels);
* Ensure compliance with HESQ procedures and policies by promoting the Safe by Choice culture among all colleagues and third parties within your area of responsibility;
**Profile \| Education and Knowledge**

* Completed High School; (desirable to be pursuing a university degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields);
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
* Experience with SAP system; (Desirable)
* Availability to work rotating shifts;
* Collaborative mindset, initiative, curiosity, ownership mentality, and respect for diversity;
