Requirements Analysis and Definition Participates in team meetings to understand, discuss, and distribute requirements, defining execution order according to the priorities of requesting departments. Performs technical analysis based on requirements. Seeks clarification from support when necessary to supplement understanding of requirements. Development and Testing Implements Delphi-based solutions according to the analysis. Ensures compliance with business rules and programming best practices. Conducts tests and simulations to validate correct functionality. Delivery and Validation Compiles test versions and forwards them to the validation team. Ensures deliveries are properly versioned and documented. Technical Support Assists support staff with questions regarding system processes and routines.
