The professional will be responsible for: * Leading and supporting the research team, ensuring effective execution of scientific projects and achievement of institutional objectives; * Planning, coordinating, and monitoring research timelines and goals; * Managing resources and budgets; * Securing funding opportunities; * Promoting partnerships with universities and scientific institutions; * Assisting in the preparation of scientific articles, reports, and events; * Using submission platforms (CNPq and international) and research management systems. Requirements: * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed in **health or related sciences**; * **Desirable:** Postgraduate degree in Clinical Research Management, Epidemiology, Public Health, Biostatistics, Education, or Health Management; * **Experience:** 1 to 2 years in scientific research, teaching, or project management; * **Work model:** In-person, in **Cascavel/PR**; * **Employment type:** CLT or PJ (to be discussed); * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday; * **Benefits (for CLT):** Unimed health plan, food allowance of R$735, meal benefit, pharmacy partnership, parking, among others.
