Handle technology-related requests by analyzing and developing routines in systems, both back-end and front-end, integrating with third-party software, and assisting the team in resolving tasks. * Develop improvements and bug fixes for internal systems (Franchisor, Franchisees, APIs); * Analyze system routines, identifying requirements and conditions to optimize process logic as effectively as possible; * Provide assistance to team members in task execution by clarifying technical questions or questions regarding system functionality; * Develop updates, improvements, and bug fixes for the APIs used in integrating the OrthoDontic and OrthoDontic Dentists apps, accessed by patients and dentists across the entire network.
