### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Ademicon is seeking a **Mid-to-Senior Product Manager** to join the **Acquisition Squad**, operating in a context of **high scale, accelerated growth, and continuous digital transformation**. Our tech team operates with a startup mindset, yet with the robustness and accountability of an established enterprise. This means genuine autonomy, direct business impact, and challenges that truly move the needle. You will be the driving force behind the evolution of **acquisition products and workflows** (website, calculator, CRM, WhatsApp, e-commerce, and channel network), bridging strategy, data, and execution. The role demands strategic vision without losing sight of tactical execution, strong metric proficiency, and maturity to make results-oriented decisions. **Responsibilities** * Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Acquisition Squad’s products * Align company objectives with **OKRs and product metrics** * Lead end-to-end initiatives: **discovery, delivery, launch, and performance tracking** * Work in a **data-driven** manner, analyzing funnel, conversion, CAC, CPL, ROI, and channel-level performance * Enhance products deeply integrated with **HubSpot** (mandatory) * Collaborate closely with **Marketing, Sales, Data, Engineering, and IT**, acting as the bridge between business and technology * Conduct A/B tests, foster continuous experimentation, and ensure clear success metrics * Ensure long-term product quality, scalability, and health. ### **QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience as a Product Manager for digital products * Strong command of acquisition metrics and funnel analysis * Hands-on experience with HubSpot (objects, pipelines, automations, workflows, and integrations) * Analytical capability, business acumen, and executive communication skills * Comfort operating in complex environments with multiple stakeholders * Practical mindset: work with available data, progressively enhancing analytical maturity * Experience with Twilio, WhatsApp Business, integrations, APIs, and system architecture is a significant plus. **Why Ademicon?** * Genuine autonomy to decide and build * Opportunity to influence strategic decisions * Strong culture centered on data, quality, and continuous improvement * Collaborative environment featuring scalable challenges and tangible business impact If you believe in product as a growth lever, thrive on data, execution, and real-world impact, this role is for you. ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Contract:** CLT
