Participate in industrial modernization and automation projects **MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR POSITION** **Location:** Vila Paris, Contagem – MG **Responsibilities:** * Plan and supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance services, ensuring they are carried out within scheduled deadlines, technical standards, and safety requirements; * Coordinate the technical team by assigning tasks, monitoring activity execution, and conducting training to develop team capabilities; * Manage resources such as tools, equipment, spare parts, and service provider contracts; * Prepare technical reports, performance indicators (KPIs), and maintenance plans, contributing to continuous process improvement; * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety, quality, and environmental regulations, guaranteeing that technical interventions do not compromise these standards; * Participate in industrial modernization and automation projects, proposing technical solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs; * Collaborate with production, engineering, safety, and procurement departments to foster effective interdepartmental communication. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields; * Relevant work experience; * Knowledge of maintenance management systems. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. **Salary:** To be negotiated. **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance (R$ 400.00), Meal Allowance (R$ 25.00), Food Allowance (R$ 200.00), Health Insurance.
