Job Summary: Supervise mechanical, electrical, and automation maintenance teams to ensure the availability of automatic cutting lines and continuous process improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Lead maintenance teams on automatic cutting lines. 2. Plan maintenance activities and optimize industrial performance. 3. Technically develop the team and ensure safety standards. **We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor (Automatic Cutting) to join our team.** **Job Responsibilities:**. * Supervise mechanical, electrical, and automation maintenance teams. * Ensure the availability and reliability of automatic cutting lines. * Plan and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. * Lead failure analysis and implement actions to eliminate recurrences. * Support continuous improvement projects, productivity enhancement, and industrial efficiency. * Monitor maintenance KPIs (Availability, MTBF, MTTR, OEE, Backlog, and costs). * Technically develop the team through training and on-site mentoring. * Collaborate with Production, Process, and Quality departments to optimize line performance. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. **Requirements:** * Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, Electrical, Automation, or related fields. * Proven experience in Industrial Maintenance Supervision, preferably in the refrigerated food industry. * Advanced knowledge of automatic cutting equipment from brands: Marel, Meyn, and Baader. * Experience with maintenance management systems (SAP PM, Totvs, or CMMS) is a plus. * Experience in deboning lines, automatic filleting, portioning, and conveyor systems. * Knowledge of anatomical poultry cuts and equipment adjustments according to production processes is a plus. * Continuous team development and improvement of safety indicators.
