Join us—be yourself—and become part of a TIM team that has the courage to innovate, the freedom to try, and the desire to make a difference in people’s lives. #imaginepossibilities **Responsibilities and Duties** **Profile Description:** Responsible for ensuring excellence standards focused on customer service and sales floor management, delivering an enhanced customer experience and high-quality sales while continuously supporting team development and motivation. **Key Responsibilities:** * Contribute to sales floor management, ensuring optimal customer experience; * Ensure proper store opening and closing procedures; * Verify that all team members are logged into systems and strategically positioned across the sales floor; * Actively participate in performance review meetings; * Support compliance with company policies and procedures; * Maintain up-to-date merchandising materials, tasting tables, storefronts, and sales floors; * Guarantee and support the team throughout the sales and post-sales process, aiming for superior customer experience and achievement of business goals; * Monitor sales transactions; * Track and support NPS targets; * Prepare the store for sales activities; * Supervise cashier operations; * Share with the Store Manager opportunities or challenges related to Sales Consultants’ development; * Guide and engage the team to achieve their best results; * Manage POS-related pending issues; * Oversee team training and development. * Manage Sales Performance and RV metrics; * Manage inventory levels and place additional orders when necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Knowledge and Experience:** * Experience in sales and customer service; **Required Education:** Bachelor’s Degree Completed **Additional Information** At TIM, your well-being is our well-being.
