Job Summary: Delphi Developer to participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis through implementation and testing, within a collaborative team. Collaborative teamwork and software requirement resolution Description: * Proficiency and experience in Delphi development; * Basic knowledge of relational databases, Firebird, and Oracle; * Understanding of Clean Code and Design Patterns; * Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and SOLID principles; * Ability to collaborate effectively within a team; * Bachelor's degree in technology-related fields. * Participate in meetings with the development and programming team to identify and discuss requirements, and to distribute tasks among team members; * Prioritize tasks based on priorities indicated by requesting departments; * Analyze requested items based on specifications and requirements; * Consult the support team to accurately characterize each requirement; * Implement coding solutions as defined in the analysis, using appropriate programming languages and applications to achieve task objectives; * Perform tests and simulations to ensure new features or system modifications function correctly; * Compile test versions and deliver them to the team responsible for verifying compliance; * Support the support department by clarifying system processes and routines, and assisting in creating customized reports to meet client requirements; * Other duties related to the position. 251205020218280299
