Design and implement actions required to maintain and expand the membership base and improve business results within the segment (MC, ISA, etc). **Member Experience Across Channels:** Monitor satisfaction levels and service quality for members using digital channels, self-service, and affiliated networks by creating and analyzing engagement metrics. Promote and influence member usage of digital channels. Propose strategies to improve business outcomes achieved through digital channels. **Legal Requirements and Controls:** Manage risks inherent to branch operations. Be accountable for the branch's financial transactions. Act as the Cooperative's legal representative, addressing legal and business matters in all necessary instances. **Financial Consulting to Members:** Provide financial consulting to members and other stakeholders, both at the branch and during external visits, delivering technical information on products and services to enhance service quality and finalize negotiations. **Ombudsman Management:** Manage ombudsman requests with the team, aiming to resolve feedback and ensure resolution of member demands. **Knowledge Multiplier:** Act as a facilitator and multiplier in educational initiatives and technical competency development regarding products and business. **Community Agent:** Organize and oversee Relationship Programs within the branch. Encourage participation and engagement from members and the local community. Establish new partners and supporters.
