Job Summary: Professional responsible for monitoring and overseeing pickup and loading operations, updating systems, and ensuring adherence to scheduling. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring scheduled pickups 2. Updating pickup status in the system 3. Experience with transportation companies Working Hours: **06:00 \- 14:20 Monday to Saturday and 22:27 \- 06:00 Sunday to Friday** ? Main Responsibilities: * Monitor scheduled pickups; * Confirm with the driver the dispatch for loading and adherence to the scheduled time; * Monitor CD entry clearance; * Update pickup status in the system; * Register cargo destination in the system; * Monitor operational scheduling over weekends. ? Requirements: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Logistics; * Experience with transportation companies; * Sense of urgency; * Strong communication skills.
