* Strategically contribute to the analysis and enhancement of the company’s accounting structure through process mapping, system and technical area integration, strengthening of internal controls, interpretation of accounting standards (BR GAAP, IFRS, and group guidelines), and risk identification—with a focus on ensuring financial information compliance and reinforcing accounting governance, including during internal and external audits. * Knowledge of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closing processes, including accounting and management reporting. * Conduct monthly variance analyses and identify trends or inconsistencies. * Prepare accounting reconciliations and investigate and resolve discrepancies in accounting data. * Provide intensive support and assistance throughout the financial statement audit process (group and local). * Prepare financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting principles (BR GAAP/IFRS). * Serve as the focal point for external and internal audits. * Implement improvements identified by audits and enhance day-to-day processes according to the company’s needs. * Stay up to date with applicable accounting and regulatory standards. * This professional plays a strategic role in identifying improvements in accounting processes and strengthening internal controls.
