If you seek challenges, professional development, and wish to join a solid company that values people and results, this could be your place. **Build your career journey with Transpanorama!** For questions regarding applications to our openings, access support by clicking here: https://support\-candidates.gupy.io/hc/pt\-br **Responsibilities and Duties** As Transpanorama’s **SSMA Assistant**, you will carry out the following activities: * Monitor risk events identified by embedded technology and vehicle telematics systems; * Analyze incidents related to behavioral risk elements defined in internal policies, customer requirements, and legal regulations; * Classify and record events according to technical criteria and procedures established by the carrier and its customers; * Conduct immediate interventions when applicable (contact with driver and/or leadership); * Issue formal notifications and apply disciplinary penalties per the current Disciplinary Action Policy; * Forward incident documentation and penalty records to SSMA managers and involved leadership; * Prepare operational reports and performance indicators related to monitored events; * Support identification of behavioral trends and propose preventive actions; * Ensure traceability and organization of evidence (images, videos, and systemic reports); * Align all activities with the company’s Safety, Health, Environment, and Road Safety guidelines. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in related fields preferred); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). **You’ll Stand Out If You Have:** * Experience in monitoring, telematics, control centers, or command towers; * Basic knowledge of Road Safety and/or SSMA; * Familiarity with indicator analysis and management systems. **Additional Information** **Benefits Designed For You!** At Transpanorama, your well-being, professional development, and quality of life come first.
