Act in accordance with Safety, Health, Environment, and Road Safety guidelines We are seeking an **SSMA Assistant** to perform continuous monitoring of critical road safety events identified via embedded technologies and telemetry systems at the *Safety Tower*, ensuring compliance with SSMA guidelines and contributing to accident prevention and reduction of operational risks. If you seek challenges, professional development, and wish to join a solid company that values people and results, your place may be here. **Build your career journey with Transpanorama!** For questions regarding applications to our job openings, access support by clicking here: https://support\-candidates.gupy.io/hc/pt\-br **Responsibilities and Duties** As Transpanorama’s **SSMA Assistant**, you will perform the following activities: * Monitor risk events identified by embedded vehicle technology and telemetry systems; * Analyze incidents related to behavioral risk factors defined in internal policies, client requirements, and legal regulations; * Classify and record events according to technical criteria and procedures established by the carrier and its clients; * Conduct immediate follow-up actions when applicable (contact with driver and/or leadership); * Issue formal notifications and apply disciplinary penalties per the current Disciplinary Action Policy; * Forward incident documentation and penalty records to SSMA responsible parties and involved leadership; * Prepare operational reports and performance indicators related to monitored events; * Support identification of behavioral trends and propose preventive actions; * Ensure traceability and organization of evidence (images, videos, and systemic reports); * Align all activities with the company’s Safety, Health, Environment, and Road Safety guidelines. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in related fields preferred); * Proficiency in Office suite (Word and Excel). **You stand out if you have:** * Experience in monitoring, telemetry, control centers, or command towers; * Basic knowledge of Road Safety and/or SSMA; * Familiarity with indicator analysis and management systems. **Additional Information** **Benefits Designed For You!** At Transpanorama, your well-being, professional development, and quality of life come first.
