Requirements: **Responsibilities and duties:** * Conduct internal audit activities according to the plan, aiming to evaluate the effectiveness and compliance of processes with internal policies and applicable regulatory frameworks, identify risks, and opportunities for improvement in evaluated processes; * Prepare reports containing findings and recommendations arising from the work performed, aiming to contribute to the evolution and enhancement of processes within the organizational structure and governance framework; * Monitor the implementation of action plans related to identified issues to verify adoption of recommendations and timely and appropriate handling of findings; * Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of internal audit processes, including creation and refinement of automated routines; * Act with a high level of technical rigor, objectivity, confidentiality, and independence, adhering to best practices in internal auditing, professional standards, and quality requirements set by the organization and regulatory bodies. **Expected outcomes:** * Contribution to enhancing internal audit procedures; * Structured and timely communication of audit results; * Contribution to risk identification and issuance of recommendations through reports, meetings, and interactions with audited areas and governance bodies, ensuring proper understanding for decision-making; * Acting in alignment with the organization’s values, ethical principles, and guidelines, contributing to strengthening the culture of internal controls, risk management, compliance, and integrity, through an independent and collaborative professional stance; * Contribution to the continuous improvement of processes, controls, and management practices of audited areas, through recommendations that enhance risk management. **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience in Internal Audit; * Prior experience and knowledge of the regulatory framework of the Brazilian Financial System; * Knowledge of banking products and services; * Familiarity with Internal Control and Risk Management frameworks, especially COSO ICIF 2013 and COSO ERM 2017; * Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, especially ACL, SQL, and Power BI; * Advanced knowledge of MS Excel; * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and objectively, adapting language according to the target audience; * Proactivity, strong analytical capability, ability to anticipate problems, sense of urgency, task prioritization, and contribution to the continuous improvement of internal processes. **Desirable requirements:** * Knowledge of Python and R programming; * Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA); * Specialization or certification in Auditing. **Work model:** Employees residing in Curitiba and its metropolitan region: Hybrid.
