From the simplest moments to the most special ones, we help make life tastier for many people. **Job Description** ---------------------- * Negotiate grains at the best market cost, in accordance with the procurement price list and volumes published daily in the commodities trading application and in the SAP system, ensuring supply and operations of BRF’s plants while meeting defined quality requirements. * Conduct visits to grain suppliers, focusing on origination and purchases from individuals/farmers. * Monitor farms within the operational region, identifying the productive potential of farming areas and entering collected information into the commodities trading application. * Monitor the regional agricultural commodities market, reporting information on received offers, business opportunities identified with competitors, and forecasting purchase share and grain commercialization percentage in the region using the commodities trading application. * Create purchase order requests for commodities. * Manage commodity purchase orders, tracking balances, delivery periods, and confirmation of payment dates. * Analyze and implement necessary changes to orders, managing the agricultural commodities order portfolio. * Create and monitor purchase contract requests, ensuring compliance with administrative deadlines specified in BRF’s Corporate Standard (CS) for agricultural commodities procurement. * Track commercial indicators, reporting data on supply, demand, and other relevant information for the operational region. * Manage the supplier database in SAP, keeping data updated according to requirements established in the CS for agricultural commodities procurement. * Consult Sintegra and the Federal Revenue Service to verify whether suppliers meet minimum requirements defined in the CS for agricultural commodities procurement. * Collaborate with Market Intelligence and Commercial teams from other regions, providing relevant information for defining short-, medium-, and long-term agricultural commodities procurement strategies. * Serve as a reference in the regional agricultural commodities market, establishing relationships with suppliers based on information exchange—not solely on price negotiation. * Actively participate in defining agricultural commodities procurement strategies through weekly market scenario meetings held by the Procurement Department. * Define the supplier visit schedule, prioritizing those with the highest purchase potential according to seasonality and regional strategy. **Academic Qualifications** ---------------------- Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Agronomy, Engineering, or related fields. **Desired Qualifications** ------------------------- Experience negotiating grains.
