Optimization of routines and operational improvements **Position Description** Support sales operations for new implements by processing orders, managing contracts, preparing reports, and performing billing activities, directly assisting the sales team in executing sales and ensuring efficiency in administrative processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide administrative support to the sales team, preparing reports, organizing documents, and assisting in the preparation of proposals and quotations. * Monitor contracts from formalization through to billing. * Enter and verify invoices and freight bills, ensuring correct values and proper postings. * Perform sales billing and issue sales invoices, verifying values, descriptions, and payment terms in accordance with legal requirements. * Post invoices for payment in RodoApp, ensuring compliance with deadlines. * Control and monitor expenses, revenues, and freight costs in Protheus, supporting sales result closing and commission calculations. * Control and manage tire and parts inventory, ensuring data accuracy. * Schedule factory pickups and organize delivery logistics, authorizing customers or contracting third parties as necessary. * Monitor products stored at third-party yards. * Process insurance endorsements and submit driver risk assessment forms. * Perform related duties as required by the department. **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic knowledge of logistics. Ability to structure databases, optimize routines, and propose operational improvements. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Administrative or sales support experience is desirable.
