




HR DEPARTMENT ASSISTANT POSITION — BOQUEIRÃO. * Compile attendance bonus data, verifying which employees are eligible for the bonus, in order to release the benefit to employees; * Purchase transportation vouchers for employees, generating branch-specific reports and forwarding payment slips to Accounting and Finance departments; * Review employee requests for transportation voucher modifications, additions, or cancellations, verifying information against documents submitted by branches; * Enroll or remove employees from the Health Plan, entering relevant information into the system; * Enter information into the system to add new employees to the payroll, based on data contained in submitted documents; * Input employee benefit usage data into the payroll system, ensuring corresponding payroll deductions; * Perform other duties related to those described above, as determined by the immediate supervisor. Requirements: Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor’s program in Human Resources or Business Administration. Experience managing and processing employee benefits. Experience with the Senior system is a plus.
