We are seeking a new talent to work as an HR Analyst at the administrative center in Curitiba - PR. Responsibilities: Responsible for the administrative tasks within the HR department, with primary focus on payroll and employment termination procedures. Comprehensive knowledge of labor legislation, payroll processing, understanding of ancillary obligations, including: FGTS, E-Social, INSS, calculation and verification of employment termination settlements, vacation entitlements, analysis and application of Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs). Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences or Human Resources Knowledge of labor legislation Intermediate Excel proficiency Experience with SAGE/IOB and Ponto Secullum systems (considered a plus) Availability for occasional travel Profile demonstrating ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks, strong concentration, data analysis skills, and assertive communication.
