




Description: Required: * Completed Bachelor’s degree in: Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, and/or related fields; * Active ANBIMA Certification (CPA 10, CPA 20, and/or CEA); * Experience in Financial Institution Management; * Experience in People Management. Preferred Qualifications: * Completed postgraduate specialization in: Cooperative Management, People Management, Business Management, Business Management in Cooperatives or Financial Institutions, Financial Management, and/or related fields; * Prior experience, at any point in career, in Expansion/Hunter roles; * Prior experience selling products to customers/cooperatives in the Transportation Sector. * Enhance employee development and safeguard organizational climate through performance evaluation, feedback delivery, and coaching—fostering a healthy work environment and promoting best practices in people management; * Create and promote an innovation-driven environment, encouraging participatory practices and motivating the team toward creative problem-solving, thereby cultivating a motivating workplace and fulfilled cooperatives; * Evaluate and analyze team performance results and identify improvement opportunities through clearly defined goals and regular monitoring of team performance; * Participate in the development and execution of the Cooperative’s strategic plan, taking ownership of initiatives, clarifying objectives, and aligning the team to ensure long-term Cooperative sustainability; * Manage process quality (e.g., new admissions, registration updates, product and service sales, credit recovery, and credit operations), assuming technical and administrative responsibility for all operations conducted at the service unit; monitor managerial reports and audit findings; identify, correct, and guide the team on proper internal process execution—aiming to improve planning, mitigate operational risks and expenses, and enhance overall operational efficiency; * Deliver exceptional service to cooperatives, strengthening trust-based relationships and offering Cooperative products and services; * Identify business opportunities and direct the team to execute transactions at the service unit in accordance with Transpocred’s Way of Doing Business, engaging both existing and prospective cooperatives and the local community by providing tailored business, educational, and advisory solutions aligned with cooperative needs; * Manage the service unit’s relationship strategy through engagement with cooperatives, the local community, entrepreneurs, and local organizations; * Strengthen relationships to increase cooperative engagement and loyalty via targeted outreach strategies; * Define and implement the service unit’s prospecting strategy through opportunity mapping, database utilization, and partnerships with organizations, companies, and associations; * Perform other duties relevant to the position. 2512140202201862235
