




FINANCIAL / ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT **Main Responsibilities** * Perform daily accounting entries, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense classification. * Control and monitor accounts payable/receivable, issuing payment slips, invoices, and conducting collections when necessary. * Support tax calculations (e.g.: ICMS, ISS, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, CSLL) and the generation of payment slips. * Perform reconciliations of accounting and bank accounts, identifying and correcting discrepancies. * Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, including balance sheet and income statement. * Collaborate with other departments (e.g.: procurement, sales, and HR) for financial data integration. **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed or ongoing bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration with emphasis on Finance, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in financial/accounting routines (internships count as experience). * Intermediate knowledge of Office suite, especially advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and macros). * Familiarity with Brazilian tax and accounting regulations (NBC, CPC, SPED Fiscal, ECD/ECF). * Proficiency in accounting systems and ERPs. **Desirable Requirements** * Certifications such as CNC (National Accounting Council) or courses in IFRS/Managerial Accounting. * Experience with payroll department routines (payroll and eSocial). **Behavioral Competencies** * Analytical profile with attention to detail and accuracy in numbers. * Organized and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. * Proactive in identifying improvements in financial processes. * Good interpersonal communication skills to work in teams and with suppliers/customers. * Professional ethics and confidentiality with sensitive information.
