Main Responsibilities: \* Analyze project data submitted by customers; \* Register and develop tests for prototype approval and validation; \* Collect and interpret technical and commercial data; \* Monitor deadlines and goals using KPIs; \* Provide technical support to customers; \* Accompany the sales team during customer visits. Requirements: \* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnology, or Mechatronics. \* Knowledge of Technical Standards (IEC, IEEE, ABNT) for transformers; \* Intermediate English proficiency; \* Willingness to travel. Preferred Qualifications: \* Project Management (PMP); \* CAD 2D and 3D; \* Programming and databases (Python, SQL, VBA).
