Requirements and Responsibilities: * **Education:** Higher education completed or in progress in related fields. * **Issuance and control of fiscal documents:** Issue product and service invoices and other necessary fiscal documents for company operations. * **Client and product registration:** Register clients and products in the system, ensuring correct identification and taxation of items. * **Order tracking and release for billing:** Check product availability, verify order information, and monitor release for invoice issuance. * **Data and information verification:** Verify the accuracy of information contained in fiscal documents. Knowledge and Skills: * **Knowledge of tax legislation:** Advantageous to have knowledge of taxes, invoices, and other fiscal aspects. * **Computer skills:** Office suite, proficiency in spreadsheets (such as Excel), and other relevant software for the area will be an advantage: **SAP and ORACLE.** * **Organization and attention to detail:** Ability to organize tasks, maintain accurate records, and ensure data integrity. * **Communication:** Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with other departments, clients, and suppliers. * **Data analysis and interpretation:** Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and propose solutions.
