We are looking for a dynamic and proactive professional to join our team as a **Business Intelligence Analyst!** * Extract, transform, and load data from various sources (databases, CRM/ERP systems, spreadsheets, APIs, etc.); * Develop and optimize data models that support the company's analysis and reporting needs; * Perform statistical and exploratory analyses to identify trends, patterns, and relevant business insights, as well as opportunities to optimize processes, increase revenue, and reduce costs; * Create interactive reports and visual dashboards using Power BI, facilitating KPI monitoring and information dissemination; * Present analysis results clearly and concisely, providing insights that assist different departments in strategic and operational decision-making; * Collaborate with other departments to understand their information needs and deliver effective BI solutions; * Document data collection, processing, modeling, and analysis procedures, as well as report and dashboard creation. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related fields; * Postgraduate studies or specialization courses in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or related areas are desirable; * Proficiency in database query languages (SQL); * Experience with Power BI; * Knowledge of programming languages for data analysis (Python, R) is a plus; * Basic understanding of statistics and data analysis. **Interested?
