We are looking for a motivated and committed **HR Assistant** to strengthen our team! **Your responsibilities:** * Actively participate in recruitment and selection processes, from resume screening to candidate outreach and interview scheduling; * Support the creation and execution of endomarketing initiatives, helping to strengthen the organizational climate; * Contribute to a welcoming reception by supporting new employee onboarding; * Keep HR data and systems up to date, ensuring accurate information; * Support administrative routines within the HR department, helping the team achieve high-quality results. **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **What we are looking for:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources Management; * Previous experience or familiarity with Human Resources processes; * Experience in strategic recruitment and selection will be an advantage. * Driver's license (Category B) is a plus.
