System operation and telephone support **Responsibilities**: Provide patient reception at the central reception desk at our Água Verde unit in Curitiba/PR; responsible for registration and verification of medical requests, typing of medical reports, and telephone support for internal and external clients; registration and release of appointment and procedure authorization forms; departmental administrative routines and system operation; aiming for excellence in processes. **Requirements**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and computer literacy; Prior customer service experience is a plus. **Education**: Completed high school. **Schedule**: Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM OR 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM **Compensation**: R$1203.00/month **Benefits:** Meal Voucher + Transportation Voucher + On-site Dining Facility/Meal + Dental Care.
