Optimization of internal controls and processes Grupo Catálise is seeking a professional to work as **\"Investment Fund Structuring Analyst\"**. **Job Mission:** Ensure efficient transition and structuring of FIDCs, guaranteeing documentary compliance, collaborating with clients and internal teams, and optimizing processes to deliver effective and successful financial solutions. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Support internal commercial area; facilitate transition of clients acquired by the commercial area into the fund structuring process; * Provide support and service to suppliers, clients, administrators, custodians, and other market participants. * Define FIDC structure, including creation of senior, mezzanine, and subordinated shares, where applicable; * Prepare and operationalize documentation required for fund establishment and registration, including the FIDC regulations.
