Detailed analysis for technical problem diagnosis **Main Responsibilities** * Provide technical support to customers to resolve questions and issues related to accounting and tax processes; * Organize requests according to priority; * Diagnose technical problems through detailed analysis and forward them to the responsible department. Requirements: **Essential** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Technologist degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience in customer service; * Experience in accounting and tax processes; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Preferred Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences; * Experience in technical support; * Knowledge of SQL.
