Interaction with regulatory bodies (SIF/MAPA) ### **About the Position** We are seeking a professional to coordinate the Quality area, ensuring compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and regulatory norms, as well as promoting continuous improvement of unit processes. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate Quality department activities, including assistants and quality control aides; * Verify, analyze, review, and approve quality procedures and requirements; * Conduct product inspection and release; * Develop, implement, and review unit internal procedures; * Conduct onboarding of new employees; * Plan and conduct internal audits; * Develop and deliver quality-related training; * Serve as the unit's pest control responsible; * Monitor audits conducted by customers; * Implement customer-provided norms and requirements; * Support implementation and maintenance of new production processes; * Interact with regulatory bodies (SIF/MAPA); * Ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements; * Report non-conformities and manage corrective actions. ### **✅ Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Quality, Production, or related fields; * Prior experience in Quality, preferably in industrial/logistics environments; * Experience with audits, standards, and customer requirements; * Knowledge of product inspection and release processes; * Experience in team management; * Familiarity with SIF and MAPA interface is a plus. ### **Desired Competencies** * Leadership and people management * Organization and attention to detail * Critical and analytical thinking * Strong communication skills * Proactivity and results orientation Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Meal allowance, Life insurance, Medical plan, Dental plan, WellHub
