Job Summary:
The CCO Operator will be responsible for monitoring and controlling highway operations, ensuring traffic flow efficiency and user safety.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
As a **CCO OPERATOR**, you will be responsible for:
1\. Contributing to traffic flow efficiency and user safety through control of Highway Operations and services including Traffic Inspection, Removal, and Pre\-Hospital Care, by activating operational resources via radio communication/telephone systems to respond to incidents, in accordance with procedures established in the CCO Operator Manual.
2\. Maintaining records of all Highway Operations incidents in the KCor system by entering required event information, supporting queries and reporting, as well as transmitting information to other concessionaire departments (Maintenance, Occupational Safety, Right\-of\-Way, etc.).
3\. Ensuring compliance with user response time parameters by knowing the concessionaire’s coverage areas, monitoring the location of available response resources, and optimizing logistics and resource allocation.
4\. Contributing to compliance with traffic inspection route timing, as defined in contractual parameters, through route control and GPS monitoring of patrol vehicles.
5\. Identifying highway incidents and tracking ongoing/at-handled incidents (accidents, incidents, breakdowns, congestion, right\-of\-way issues, protests, police incidents, construction signage, among others) by monitoring traffic flow using the CCTV (Closed Circuit Television) system.
6\. Providing users with real\-time information on highway traffic flow conditions by updating messages on Variable Message Signs (VMS) and transmitting such information to Communications and 0800 Customer Support teams.
7\. Ensuring relevant management teams, departments, and authorities are promptly informed of significant incidents, within established timeframes and standards, by preparing and sending emails in compliance with the Communication Plan.
8\. Ensuring continuity and closure of ongoing incidents through shift handover procedures, reporting activated resources and actions taken, along with other necessary information.
9\. Safeguarding company interests regarding future ombudsman, judicial, or other demands by permanently archiving CCTV images and footage related to incidents recorded in the KCor system, per established procedures.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **We value candidates who have:**
Completed High School;
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
Availability for a 12x36 work schedule;
Availability for the 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM shift.
