Manage vehicle fleet, drivers, and delivery routes. Control transportation costs, fuel, maintenance, and logistics. Define strategies to optimize routes and delivery deadlines. Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), such as delivery time and efficiency. Ensure compliance with traffic regulations, safety standards, and applicable legislation. Supervise preventive and corrective fleet maintenance. Negotiate with transporters, suppliers, and service providers. Resolve operational issues, delivery delays, and incidents. Ensure quality and safety in cargo transportation. Support continuous improvement of logistics processes. Bachelor's degree required.
