Risk management and operational cost control #### **About the position:** Responsible for managing transportation operations, ensuring efficiency of both owned and third-party fleets, compliance with internal and legal regulations, as well as delivery quality and timeliness. #### **Main responsibilities:** Coordinate driver and assistant teams; Ensure preventive and corrective fleet maintenance; Control operational costs (fuel, tires, parts, trips); Monitor returns and cash reconciliations; Perform risk management; Ensure delivery productivity, reliability, and quality; Participate in people management. #### **Desirable requirements (preferred qualifications):** Experience in transportation and logistics management; Knowledge of fleet maintenance and cost control; Familiarity with sector-specific legislation; Proficiency in computer applications and management systems; Leadership, organizational skills, and results-oriented mindset.
