Job Summary: The professional will monitor collections and deliveries, provide support and guidance to drivers and assistants, and issue and track departmental documents and reports. Document and Report Issuance and Tracking Requirement: Must reside in São José dos Pinhais Working Hours: Monday \- 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM\. Friday 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM\. Saturday 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM\. Your responsibilities include monitoring collections and deliveries, providing support and guidance to drivers and loading/unloading assistants, issuing vehicle release documents, issuing CT-e (Electronic Freight Bill), manifests, delivery lists, and freight letters, processing proof-of-delivery confirmations, scheduling records, and delivery lists, issuing and tracking department-related reports, and understanding route planning. Note: This position is open to candidates with proven experience in this role under CLT employment terms.
