Conducting training sessions and performance evaluations **Join the MID TRANSPORTES Team!** *We seek engaged, proactive professionals with leadership skills and a systemic vision.* **Prerequisites:** * Experience managing operational teams; * Experience with freight company routines; * Availability to work overtime and across shifts; * Knowledge of the SSW system will be considered an advantage. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and support the operational team during cargo sorting and vehicle loading processes, for both company-owned units and partners; * Conduct onboarding, corrective, and periodic training for the operational team; * Evaluate performance and provide feedback to the operational team during the probation period and as needed; * Analyze the volumetric measurement (cubage) and weight of incoming cargo; * Guide merchandise storage at respective locations; * Guide merchandise movement within the storage area; * Guide merchandise separation and preparation for loading; * Guide and monitor document and merchandise verification; * Monitor delivery and pickup scheduling; * Support issuance of departure manifests and driver release; * Sort documentation (CTE) by delivery route; * Monitor delay and cargo shortage reports via the system; * Handle operational matters via email; * Support Commercial and Customer Service (SAC) departments. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, business hours + overtime. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance equivalent to the current fare; * On-site parking; * Meal voucher of R$ 30.00 per day; * Uniform; * Group life insurance; * SEST SENAT agreement (Dentistry / Nutrition / Physical Therapy / Psychology); * Pharmacy agreement (after 90-day probation period). **Salary:** * To be discussed.
