Job Summary: Responsible for recruiting, selecting, and managing drivers and third parties, ensuring compliance, performance, and customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Activity monitoring and driver support * Recruit, select, and hire drivers and third parties according to company demand; * Manage required documentation for hiring, ensuring all legal and internal requirements are met; * Monitor and control drivers' and third parties' activities, ensuring adherence to delivery deadlines, safety regulations, and established quality standards; * Maintain close relationships with drivers and third parties, providing necessary support and guidance for optimal performance; * Conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
