Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and proactive Operational Analyst to work in the transportation area, issuing documents, contracting freight forwarders, and assisting drivers. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in the transportation operations area 2. Focus on organization, proactivity, and communication 3. Experience with the SSW system is a plus **JOB: OPERATIONAL ANALYST** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Benefits:** * Meal voucher of BRL 25.00 per day * Transportation voucher **or** fuel allowance * Health insurance plan **Professional Profile:** We seek an organized, proactive professional with strong communication skills to work in the transportation operations area. **Main Responsibilities:** * Issue and verify **CT-e and Cargo Manifest**; * Contract **freight forwarders**; * Guide and **train drivers** on customer requirements and transportation procedures; * Record **incidents** via system or other electronic means; * Provide **assistance to drivers** during the transportation process; * Perform **system entries and adjustments**, as required. **Plus Qualifications:** * Experience with the **SSW system** will be a significant advantage.
