Position: **Operational Analyst** ***Responsibilities:*** \- Recruitment of aggregates/third parties \- System registration and risk management \- Retention/support of aggregates \- Onboarding of new drivers \- Financial management of aggregates/third parties \- Conduct vehicle and tracker checklists for candidates to be onboarded ***Requirements:*** \- Intermediate Excel proficiency \- Preferred: pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Logistics \- Strong communication skills \- Familiarity with subcontracting routines \- Experience with KMM TMS ***Working Hours:*** Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00 Saturdays, from 08:00 to 12:00 ***Benefits:*** · Meal allowance: BRL 30.00 per day (no payroll deduction) · Transportation allowance or fuel assistance: BRL 350.00 per month (no payroll deduction) · Health insurance (available after 3 months) · Dental insurance (available after 3 months) · Basic food basket / MILI toilet paper pack WhatsApp: (41\) 98782\-0303 ***This position is also open to persons with disabilities (PCD)*** Employment type: Direct hire (CLT) Salary: starting from BRL 2\.800,00 per month Benefits: * Basic food basket Work location: On-site
