Job Summary: A professional responsible for full end-to-end management of logistics operations, overseeing fleets, cargo, routes, and ensuring optimization and accuracy. Key Highlights: 1. Full end-to-end management of logistics operations 2. Analysis and optimization of routes and freight costs for better margins 3. Direct contact with customers for operational coordination * Logistics operations management; * Fleet driver management; * Monitoring vehicle availability; * Monitoring available cargo on the portal; * Cargo scheduling; * End-to-end management of cargo trips assigned to fleets under their responsibility. * Monitoring incidents and analyzing deliveries; * Direct coordination with the team to analyze routes and freight costs for improved margins and operational accuracy; * Monitoring cargo dashboard for vehicle optimization and scheduling; * Flow and loading control, tariff analysis, and optimal route selection; * Operational analysis and commercial support; * Follow-up (FUP) and team organization in spreadsheet control and system data entry; * Direct customer contact for operational coordination when necessary.
