Direct contact with customers for operational coordination * Logistics operations management; * Fleet driver management; * Monitoring vehicle availability; * Monitoring available cargo on the portal; * Cargo scheduling; * End-to-end management of cargo trips assigned to fleets under their responsibility. * Monitoring incidents and analyzing deliveries; * Direct coordination with the team to analyze routes and freight costs for improved margins and operational accuracy; * Monitoring cargo dashboard for vehicle optimization and scheduling; * Flow and loading control, tariff analysis, and optimal route selection; * Operational analysis and commercial support; * Follow-up (FUP) and team organization in spreadsheet control and system data entry; * Direct customer contact for operational coordination when necessary.
