Leadership and development of logistics teams **Position: Logistics and Fleet Coordinator** Work Location: São José dos Pinhais – PR Work Model: On-site Employment Type: CLT – Full-time We are seeking a Logistics and Fleet Coordinator to strategically manage transportation operations, ensuring route efficiency, cost control, on-time delivery, and excellence in team leadership. **Main Responsibilities:** Manage and control the vehicle fleet; Supervise drivers and support teams; Plan, monitor, and optimize delivery routes; Monitor logistics operational performance indicators; Ensure fleet compliance (licensing, insurance, inspections, and maintenance); Control logistics and operational costs; Ensure compliance with safety and traffic regulations; Manage incidents and support resolution of operational issues. **Requirements:** * Experience in logistics management, routing, and fleet control; * Knowledge of transportation route planning and optimization; * Experience managing teams (drivers and assistants); * Proficiency in Excel and logistics management systems; * Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and traffic legislation; * Analytical, organized, proactive profile with strong decision-making ability; * Ability to act as a positive influencer within the team, reinforcing company culture; * Must reside in São José dos Pinhais or nearby regions; * Must own a personal vehicle for commuting. * **Preferred Qualifications** Experience in transportation, logistics, or distribution sectors; Experience in logistics cost management; Driver’s license category B or higher.
