**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Support the operational management of the **company-owned fleet and driver team**.
* Develop, monitor, and adjust **driver work schedules**, ensuring operational coverage and adherence to the logistics schedule while respecting working hours and rest intervals.
* Define and monitor **transportation routes**, evaluating efficiency in terms of time, cost, and productivity.
* Monitor **telematics and video telematics data**, analyzing driving patterns and identifying opportunities to improve safety and performance.
* Track **fleet operational indicators**, such as fuel consumption, productivity, vehicle availability, and safety metrics.
* Conduct **daily monitoring of transportation operations**, ensuring execution in accordance with the logistics plan.
* Manage the **preventive and corrective maintenance schedule** for the fleet.
* Monitor the **condition of vehicles and trailers**, ensuring compliance with operational and safety standards.
* Maintain **vehicle maintenance records and service history**.
* Support the analysis of **operational failures and implementation of corrective actions**.
* Prepare and monitor **logistics operation performance reports and indicators**.
* Interact with **internal departments and suppliers**, ensuring smooth operations.
* Ensure compliance with **safety regulations, internal policies, and operational procedures**.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree completed in **Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, Agribusiness, or related fields**.
* Driver's license category B
* Experience in **fleet and transportation operations management or support**.
* Knowledge of **route planning and driver scheduling**, respecting labor legislation regarding working hours.
* Experience in **telematics and video telematics monitoring**, driving behavior analysis, and fleet performance indicators.
* Experience in **preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance control**.
* Knowledge of **operational indicator analysis**, such as fuel consumption, vehicle productivity, fleet availability, and operational safety.
* Proficiency in **Excel or data analysis tools** for tracking indicators and operational reporting.
* Skills in **organizing, planning, and analyzing operational processes**.
* Strong communication skills for interaction with **drivers, workshops, suppliers, and internal company departments**
