**Description:** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress is preferred; 1–2 years of relevant experience; Driver’s license category D or E is preferred; Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Provide administrative and operational support for the company’s fleet vehicle maintenance activities, controlling and monitoring the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure vehicle availability, efficiency, and safety. Schedule, book, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance services (e.g., part return procedures) for fleet vehicles with external service providers, in coordination with the Fleet Supervisor/Distribution Supervisor. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance activities performed on each vehicle, including service histories, repairs, and part replacements. Ensure minimum stock levels of parts and materials required for maintenance operations, monitoring inventory levels and requesting replenishments as needed. Issue maintenance work orders for the Packaged/Bulk fleet and monitor the entire process through to service invoicing. Monitor vehicle checklists and daily logbooks, identifying and addressing any non-conformities reported. Oversee maintenance services performed by external suppliers, ensuring work is completed within agreed timelines and meets expected quality standards. Support compliance of all maintenance activities with safety regulations and the company’s quality standards. Maintain effective communication with the Fleet Supervisor, drivers, and other team members to ensure fleet operational efficiency. Support delivery, return, and checklist processes for light commercial fleet vehicles. Assist in maintaining the unit’s light support fleet, including authorizing related activities. Organize and manage document control for Packaged/Bulk fleet and light vehicles, as well as dispatch of sold vehicles. Support sales processes and asset evaluation for the Packaged/Bulk fleet. Assist in maintaining camera and telematics standards for the heavy-duty fleet. Monitor incidents related to the Packaged/Bulk fleet and light vehicles. Support delivery of driver training and/or departmental training sessions. Operate trucks for maintenance purposes, provided the individual holds the appropriate license and has received relevant training. 2512050202181904856
