Teamwork focused on goals. **Company:** Muraro & Rorato Advogados Associados - Foz do Iguaçu/PR **Description:** JOB OPENING: COLLECTIONS AGENT We are hiring a professional to work as a Collections Agent at our office in Foz do Iguaçu/PR. Main responsibilities: * Conduct phone and WhatsApp communications and customer interactions; * Negotiate outstanding debts and payment terms; * Generate and send Pix links, bank slips (boletos), and payment information; * Record all interactions and monitor agreed-upon arrangements; * Work in an organized manner to achieve team targets; * Provide respectful, clear, and concise customer service. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Aptitude for negotiation; * Organization, responsibility, and commitment; * Basic computer literacy; * Ability to work with targets and performance indicators; * Prior experience in collections, sales, or customer service is considered an advantage. Compensation and benefits: * Monthly salary of R$ 2.100,00; * Meal allowance (Vale-refeição) of R$ 1.000,00; * Transportation allowance (Vale-transporte); * Formal employment under CLT regime; * Birthday day off; * Additional performance-based bonuses tied to internal campaigns, specific targets, and activities promoted by the office. Working hours: 40-hour weekly schedule, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. On-site work in Foz do Iguaçu/PR.
